My apologies for not updating this blog for a loooooong time because of missing of MOJO :)
I’ve been busy job hunting and playing Farm Town and FarmVille in FB at the same time hihihihi
Anyway, I have good news to share. I GOT IN! I GOT IN! (",)
I entered the Scrapbook Challenges DT Call for the first time not really expecting to be chosen but to at least be able to tell myself that I tried. And because my good friend is always pushing me to try it. (“,)
After a few days of waiting, I finally got an email from Pamela saying that SHE WANTS ME! Yipeeeeeee! I could not believe it! I am sooooooo happy and honored to design for Scrapbooking Challenges! Thank you Pamela! (“,)
Can’t wait to begin the journey! :)

Rangiora Crop Event
Attending a crop event ALONE in a different country, different culture is not my cup of tea. However, since I just moved here in Christchurch and no friends (scrapping friends that is), D would like me to go out and meet new friends with the same interests. So after a few Google search and blog hopping, I finally found this crop event in Rangiora by one of the scrapbooking shop here, which is the Stampin’ Patch (Own by 2 lovely kiwis).
After a few hesitations, well yes I hesitated =), I finally book a place in the event not really knowing what to expect. So in order for me to convince myself that this will be a fun day, I just thought of the items I will buy and it works! Hihihihihi
Retail Therapy – that’s what I needed (“,)
The day finally came with lots of yummy goodies to choose from. I manage to finish one layout using the kit provided by the shop and I just love the colors =) it matches the clothes Eanna was wearing. So, I kept myself busy doing this layout and shopping / browsing at the yummy goodies in the event. And waiting for D to come and pick me up =)
Oh, we usually tramp/bike every weekend. He’s an outdoor kind of guy so I need to be an ‘outdoor kind of girl’ hehehehe peace D =p Kidding aside, as much as I luv scrapbooking and not that much into tramping (especially in this weather), I was really hoping that he will come and pick me up. =) Don’t get me wrong, Kiwis are really friendly. It’s just me. =)
Before the day was over, I met this lovely lady, Trace. She’s a very talented lady and I hope to meet and scrap with her one of these days. (“,)

On Body Aches and Scrapbook Layouts
Saturday and Sunday mornings were dedicated to my goal to be fit. I went to a dragonboat event on Saturday which left me so tired and achy in parts I dare not tell here. And, a 10km run sponsored by Shape Magazine the following day. I am very happy to be able to finish the marathon along with Cj. Memories... Hahaha...
Saturday afternoon was spent scrapping and carbo loading. I managed to finish two layouts which I will post soon. In fact, a third one is coming up.
I am so happy that it was a productive weekend. I also managed to get an idea for an invite I am making! I can't wait to start! How was your weekend?

My Saturday
I had a very hectic Saturday. I couldn't believe I am still up and doing this. Cj and I run this morning at 730AM at McRitchie. Afterwards, we ate breakfast cum lunch at Novena Square. Of course, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to pass by JDA. Asked too many questions from the owner but only bought Stazon hahaha
Since Cj needs to send something to her client, we passed by her house so that she can do so and to pick up Sookie as well. We headed to MWL for the National Scrapbooking Fun Fair. It was really fun! I spent $%$%$%$%$ and got xx chances on the games. Won the Tier 3 prizes 4 times and the Jewel sisters even asked me to play for them. We had fun but totally spent (physically and financially). We capped the night at Thai Express for a very sumptious dinner.
